If you’re going to do it, do it right! Waffle what?!?
The way I do waffles. Plus I had been experimenting with a bit of meat in the diet. I choose US Wellness Meats for my sustainably farmed animal protein.
Brown rice and oat flour waffle, beef salami, alfalfa sprouts, micro cilantro and a little avocado salsa.
I use about 1/2 cup brown rice flour to 1/4 cup oat flour and water for a semi thick batter. (I guesstimate–SORRY)
The oat flour gives a little moisture to the mix as rice flour makes a rather hard and dry waffle by itself.
