Eating out has always been hard since switching to an anti-inflammatory diet and now that we have gone out to a few restaurants during the limited dining experiences, I can say we have learned the value of eating our own prepped meals at home.
- We know what is in our food.
- We ARE safer at home.
- There’s no waiting for a table.
- Our bellies thank us.
Have you noticed you’re more sensitive to “out” food? More prone to bloat or feel a bit gassy from “out” food?
I’m not surprised, and although we are thankful for an “outing” experience and very thankful for the essential restaurant workers, we are happier eating “homemade” food.
