Happy 4th of July!

I had to look back a few years for my popsicle recipe days!!!

So yummy! So make them yourselves of course. No ice cream trucks for my healthy people out there today.

Use oat milk, coconut milk or hemp milk

Add blueberries, chucks of strawberries and pineapple if you’re feeling extra sweet.

Fill until you have a little space to fit the lids of your popsicle containers without over flowing.

Freeze for at least 2 hours and then enjoy.

Mine usually keep for a week without frost bite 😬😎👍🏾

But you might finish a six set in two days if you’re by yourself 😆
